Orders are typically dispatched within 7 working days of payment, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

 

2. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Risk of Loss or Damage

 

Once we hand your order to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to you, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photographs so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

 

5. Returns Policy – Custom-Made Items

 

Each pair of Irregalia sunglasses is handcrafted to order in very limited quantities. They are considered custom-made, wearable art pieces and are not designed for rough everyday use.

For this reason, the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or style preference. Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and photographs carefully before ordering.

 

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

 

We take great care in crafting and inspecting each piece before shipping. If you believe your product is defective or has been damaged in transit:

We will investigate and, if the item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

We may request that you return the item for inspection before a final decision.
